Events for the month of February
AWAKENING WEEK
Monday, February 1st to Friday February 5th
Main Sanctuary
Join us as we fast and pray to go a step further in to the Awakening. The purpose of this fast is to "awaken" the members to spiritual depth in order to position the church for the current move of God in our city, nation and world. We will meet nightly for corporate prayer for 1 hour from 6:00pmto 7:00pm.
LIFE GROUPS
Wednesdays, starting February 3rd at 7:30pm
We will begin our Life Groups with three classes; Transform Thinking, Managing Your Finances, and BUILD.
MAN SCHOOL
Saturday, February 6th at 8:00am
KidZone Sanctuary
Men of all ages are invited to join Julio Alvarado for Man School to discuss the topic of "male pregnancy and birthing God's potential in you".
JOURNEY & DISCOVERY CLASS
Saturday, February 6th at 11:00am
These classes are foundational classes that we encourage all of our members to take. The Journey focuses on the basic principles of what we believe as Christians, while Discovery 1 is an introductory leadership course to help you build your relationship with Christ so that you can be equipped to help others. EVANGELISM TRAINING
Saturday, February 6th at 1:00am
Do you want to be trained on how to evangelize? This 8 week course will teach you to overcome any fears you may have and reach the world in a powerful and effective way.

PINK PARTY

The Women of the Word will come together for their annual gathering. If you missed last year, you definitely do not want to miss this year. All women are encouraged to bring a friend. Register at Information Central. See Pastor Dana for details.
KID"S TREK
Saturday, February13th at 10:00am
Would you like your child to have an experience with God? Then our Kids Trek is what you are looking for. Kids Trek is our kids encounter where your child will learn who they are, who's they are and more. This encounter is for all children 9 to 12. There will be a light breakfast and lunch served. Registration is only 5.00 per child and the deadline to register is Wednesday, Feb 10th. See Pastor Sherlena for information.
NURSERY FUN DAY
Saturday, February13th at 10:00am
Parents enjoy a Fun Day with your babies. During this time parents will have an opportunity to play and be in the Word with their babies all at the same time. We will meet every 2nd Saturday at 10am to 11am. Please see Miss Diaz or Pastor Sherlena for more information. Up to age 3 years old.
GAP GIRL'S SLEEPOVER & BOYS'S MOVIE NIGHT
Saturday, February19th at 7:00pm
The GAP Youth Girls will enjoy a night in the Word with Pastor Quianna and Pastor Melva and the Boy's will enjoy a night out with the male leaders of GAP Youth, Wesley McKenzie & Shannon Tharp. Visit the GAP Youth house to sign up.
KIDZONE WINTER NOWIMPICS

Winter NoWimpics is back. This year we will be sledding down bigger and better hills. Meet KidZone staff at the lake front from 10am -12pm ready to sled on Saturday February 27th. Hot cocoa and apple cider will be served. Registration is 1 per child. See Pastor Sherlena for more information.
