League of Extraordinary Men is the vision for the men's ministry of World Outreach & Bible Training Center under the leadership of Pastor Ervin Henderson. His desire is to develop men, making them disciples and servant leaders. "Iron sharpens iron," (Proverbs 27:17) and we believe when men get together for a common cause and purpose, something explosive happens!
The goal through LEXM is to provide a place where men can gather in a non threatening environment, a place where they can be empowered while at the same time provide opportunities for growth, accountability and brotherhood.
Through weekly mentoring and small group events, as well as monthly or annual men's gatherings, cookouts, retreats or sporting activities, LEXM helps men to develop to their full leadership potential.
