Our History
World Outreach and Bible Training Center began on Saturday, January 14, 2006 inside of New Creation Church Ministries located at 4040 N. 66th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 7 founding members; Ervin, Melva, and their 5 children. With a standing room only crowd of supporters, Ervin and Melva shared their vision to reach the city of Milwaukee, and the nations of the world.
When Ervin made the first altar appeal 12 individuals joined themselves as the first official members of World Outreach Center.
Within seven months of its inception, the church outgrew its location and relocated to a larger facility, at 2001 N. Holton Street and by December of 2007 the membership of World Outreach & Bible Training Center grew to nearly 250 individuals.
At the core of the vision is a heart to reach the city of Milwaukee, the counties and communities beyond with the life-transforming love of Jesus Christ. It's a vision more and more individuals each week are making their own by becoming a part of the exciting family at World Outreach & Bible Training Center
The vision of World Outreach & Bible Training Center continues to expand, with a mission that has become clearer and stronger. Since its inception, it has continued to experience solid growth in every area. As the focus remains on each generation of the church, adults, youth and children we are strongly impacting lives by teaching and developing them through the uncompromised Word of God.
Our Mission
To preach the Word of God without compromise to children, youth and adults for the purpose of winning the lost, healing the sick, and touching the nations.
To develop the believer (children and youth included) through the avenue of the taught Word of God in our regularly scheduled church services, cell groups, special services, Bible Training Center, encounters.
To become one of the most effective worship & discipling centers in our nation.
World Outreach and Bible Training Center exists to influence individuals locally, nationally and globally in order that they can become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Through a four point mentoring technique known as "The Vision of 12" our goal is to WIN the lost, MEND their lives through the love of Christ and His Word. To DISCIPLE and SEND them out to help and win others. This is not a church program, but the development of "fathering" relationships that help every believer become a multiplying disciple who can win, mend, disciple and send others.
