Pastors Ervin and Melva Henderson Senior Pastors World Outreach & Bible Training Center
The Ministry of Ervin and Melva Henderson began in 1989 when they joined Christian Faith Fellowship Church (CFFC) under the leadership of Bishop Darrell L. Hines and Pastor Pamela Hines. Melva served as the first praise and worship leader, while Ervin served as one of the sound technicians. In 1990, Melva left Milwaukee to attend Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa Oklahoma, graduating the class of 1992. Ervin continued to serve Bishop Hines until August of 1992 when he left Milwaukee to attend Rhema Bible Training Center graduating the class of 1994.
In 1992, Melva became the Children's Pastor and in 1994, Ervin became the Youth Pastor. Together they led a team of teachers, assistants and volunteers for approximately 250 youth and over 500 children.
In 1996, Melva established the publishing ministry of CFFC and became the first Publishing Director and full time staff member.
In 1997 they became the Administrative Directors of Dominion Fellowship Ministries Int. an outreach ministry that caters to the special and specific needs of Pastors and/or those in full time ministry leadership positions.
In 1999, they became Managers of the Ministry Operations department with the corporate body of Christian Faith Fellowship Church, supervising over 40 different areas of ministry.
In 2000, they, under the leadership of Bishop Darrell Hines, founded The School of Ministerial Excellence, a school designed to train those called to the five-fold ministry, with more than 900 graduates since its founding.
In 2004, Melva became the Executive Director of Darrell Hines Ministries, the evangelistic outreach of Bishop Darrell L. Hines.
It was this same year that God began speaking to Ervin and Melva about establishing their own work of ministry within the city of Milwaukee.
In January of 2006, Ervin and Melva founded World Outreach & Bible Training Center.
