Women of the Word!(WOW!)
It is the desire of the Father for every woman to be, A Woman of The Word. One of the greatest examples of this is Mary who sat at the feet of Jesus whom we know to be synonymous with the Word of God.
God's desire is for women to develop in every area of their life, as they allow His word and presence to fill them for their day to day task.
Through the outreach ministry of WOW! Pastor Melva Henderson touches the lives of the women of World Outreach & Bible Training Center.
In Matthew 4:4, Jesus said that man would live by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God. What WOW! Is designed to do is keep women hungry for God and His Word, while at the same, provide opportunities for fellowship, growth and friendship building.
The goal of "WOW!" is to bring the Gospel to every woman and to mobilize World Outreach Center women to reach out to the hurting and needy women of Milwaukee and the world through missions both local and global.
